When it comes to DNS management support, if you have a hosting account with us, we don't charge a fee for DNS record updates on our servers.  Suppose we are simply managing domains on your behalf, with no Enrapture Media hosting. In that case, we may charge a nominal fee of $30 to make changes to your DNS records.

Yes! Moving a domain or changing website hosting is fairly straightforward in the vast majority of cases. 

It normally requires the domain to be unlocked and an EPP code created (ideally in that order in some instances). Once we have that EPP code, we can do the rest for you, or you can do it yourself via our Client Portal.
